Tournament Formats

Two Person Scramble – Will be a two person scramble format.

NCGA Four-Ball Net Qualifier - Will be a two person better ball net format. The low qualifying team will represent Bayonet & Black Horse at the Four-Ball Net Qualifier.

McClure Cup – Will be an individual stroke play event.

The Masters - Will be an individual stroke play event.

Black Horse Match Play Qualifier - Will be an individual net stroke play event. Due to the nature of the format the field for the match play needs to be 64, 32 or 16 players.

Team Championship & ESPN National Golf Challenge – Will be two events in one. The Team Championship is a two person better ball net format. The low qualifying team will represent Bayonet & Black Horse at the ESPN Regional’s.

NCGA Zone Qualifier - The Zone Qualifier is a four person two better ball net format.The low qualifying team will represent Bayonet & Black Horse at the NCGA Zone Qualifier.

Bayonet Championship – Will be an individual stroke play event.

Bayonet Match Play & Net Amateur Qualifier - Will be an individual net stroke play event. The low individual will represent Bayonet & Black Horse at the Net Amateur Qualifier.

Bayonet & Black Horse Parent Child – Will be a two person scramble event.

Stableford – Will be an individual stroke play event.

Black Horse Championship - Will be an individual stroke play event

Combat Corner Invitational
Friday - Will be a two person Nine hole better ball event. The low 6 teams will play in the saturday afternoon horse race.
Saturday – Will be a two person better ball format.
Sunday – Will be a two person better ball format.

Presidents Cup – Will be a four person team event. Teams are divided into two – two person teams. Teams will play three nine hole matches each day. Formats will include: Alternet Shot, Better Ball and Singles Matches.

Presidents Cup - Scoring for Matches:
Teams will have 4 Players. Teams will be divided into 2 person teams and will play 3 9-Hole Matches per day.
Day 1. Alternate Shot & Better Ball Matches
Day 2. Individual Matches
Win a Hole: 1 Point
Win the Match: 3 Points

Presidents Cup - Playoff:
The two teams which accumulate the most points over two days will play a three hole match play. Alternet shot format with all four players on each team.

Bayonet & Black Horse Club Championship - Will be a two day individual stroke play event

3-Club Tournament, Two Person Team – Will be a two person better ball event. Each player can bring 3 clubs to the event. Players may share clubs.
